It is the first IPO in Amsterdam in 2025. In short, the newly-listed company could be described as a jewel transporter, but the Ferrari Group, founded in 1959, is more than that. It is a world leader in everything related to the transportation of luxury goods across the globe. And despite what the name suggests, the company has nothing to do with the well-known red luxury sportscars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ferrari Group is offering 25 percent of its share capital on the exchange, which at an introduction price of \u20ac8.60 equates to \u20ac196 million. The company\u2019s total market value is approximately \u20ac785 million. No new shares will be issued in the IPO. The choice for Amsterdam is related to the international character of the exchange. This is in line with the company itself: in addition to its headquarters in London, it is active in 40 countries.
